Shipping Protection

If you opt out of our shipping protection and your order is LOST, STOLEN or DAMAGED we will not replace or refund you for your order.



If you opt into our shipping protection and your order is lost, stolen or damaged we will replace your order under these circumstances:

  • For packages that are lost, we ask that you wait until there has been no tracking updates or movement for 7 days. We know this is a long time to wait, and we appreciate your patience, as the usps asks that it be 7 days for a missing mail report to be filed. We will fill out a missing mail search on your behalf and if no movement is made in the next 7 days will will process a replacement for you.


  • For packages that are damaged upon receipt please email photos of the damage as well as your order number to: shopdanielleandco@gmail.com
    We will replace any products that are damaged. To specify, if 2 of your labels are damaged but the 3rd one is fine we will replace your 2 damaged labels.


  • For packages that are stolen we will replace the order once you have confirmed delivery of the package to your GPS coordinates. You can do this by contacting your local post office and requesting the GPS coordinates of where the postal worked marked your order delivered. If the GPS coordinates match your location please file a stolen mail report here:

    Once the report has been filed, please send us a copy of the report and we will process a replacement order for you.
